Meditation

Nick is a therapist and meditation coach living in London. He has a love of nature and feels passionately about sharing the way his meditation practice has influenced and deepened this. Nick’s session will use mediation and gentle movement to build each practitioner’s own sense of connection to the natural world. No previous experience, special clothing, or equipment needed.

Yoga with Claire

Claire is a yoga teacher teaching in North Norfolk area specialising in two styles of yoga called Vinyasa Flow and Yin. Claire is known for her passion, sense of humour, and inspirational instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength. Her goal in yoga is to help people move, feel and breathe better both inside and outside of their yoga practice.

Sound Bath

Sound baths are a deeply healing experience which soothe the mind, body and soul, enabling a deep state of relaxation, activating your body’s own natural system of self-healing. Attending a sound bath involves the participants lying down on a yoga mat/cushion or sitting in a chair, whilst various instruments are gently played to bring about a meditative state.

The instruments used produce deep, overlapping vibrations of sound which bathe the participants in sound-waves to bring about a restorative sound healing experience that vibrates and activates the cells within the body, inducing complete relaxation and peace. All that is required of the participant is to turn up, lie down, and soak up the vibrations of the Gongs.

Emilie from Wild Yoga Norfolk is a yoga teacher, stand up paddle instructor and massage therapist specialising in women’s yoga and massage based in North Norfolk. She is passionate about supporting women to connect with their bodies and devoted to holding space for you to explore, empower and embrace your body in all its uniqueness and wonder.

Sauna & Cold Plunge

Sauna box was started to share our love of hot and cold therapy with others. There is nothing more invigorating than coming out of a hot sauna and throwing yourself in some ice cold water.

There are so many health benefits associated with these practices; improved circulation, reduced inflammation, improved skin health and improved mental health. We just can’t get enough of them. We have an experienced team of sauna enthusiasts and cold water swimmers who can help guide you through the fire and ice experience.

These wellbeing sessions can be booked as an add-on to your General Admission ticket on Eventbrite – you cannot attend a wellbeing session without a General Admission ticket. We will contact you prior to Gathering with guidance on the location of the wellbeing area at Gathering.
