To book a Guided Tour or Workshop during the day, you must first purchase a General Admission ticket. Guided Tours and Workshops can then be purchased online also through eventbrite.
You can come to Gathering by car, and there will be sufficient on-site parking, which will be free. We ask that you explore sustainable transport options and car pool if possible.
Yes, the nearest train station is King’s Lynn. There is a taxi rank at the station and Lynx bus numbers 34, 35, and 36 run between between King’s Lynn and Hunstanton, with a request stop in either direction at Heacham Bottom Farm. Alight here for the Wild Ken Hill entrance. The bus is accessed from Stand E at King’s Lynn Bus Stop a short walk from the train station.
We suggest bringing a outdoor footwear, a water bottle (refilling station swill be provided), suncream, and a debit/credit card to purchase food, drink, and books. We recommend bringing proof of identification, which will be checked if you have purchased a Child or Young Adult ticket and for alcoholic drink purchases. If you have booked a guided tour during the day, trousers and full sleeves are required.
Children of all ages are welcome at Gathering. Children 11 years old or younger go free, and those 12-24 years old (inclusive) are eligible for a Young Adult discounted ticket.
Unfortunately only assistance dogs are permitted at Gathering. Pets should not be left in cars in the car park.
There will be no cash point but stalls will have contactless card machines. This will be dependent on the wifi connection so we would advise bringing cash as well just in case.
Yes, Wild Ken Hill is a working farm with uneven terrain but there is no steep incline and wheelchairs will be able to access the tents, picnic area, bar and bookshop. Designated disabled parking and toilets will be available. See the full accces statement here.
There will be two First Aiders on site. In an emergency, please alert one of the festival stewards.
Yes, there will be several Food & Drink offerings on site. All our food and drink suppliers are chosen due to their environmental credentials and focus on local, sustainable food.
Drinking water stations will be located on site. Please bring your own water bottle with you.
Yes. There will be a central picnic area with partial overhead cover and some occasional tables. Please feel free to bring your own picnic blankets too. There will be recycling bins around the site.
There will be unisex and disabled toilets situated around the site, signposted on the day.
Any lost property will be handed in to the Entry Tent. Please report any missing items there. Wild Ken Hill can take no responsibility for loss or damage to property incurred at Gathering.
