How do I book a Guided Tour?

Guided Tours can be booked online here. We do not accept bookings by phone or email. However, if you would like to arrange a bespoke experience in nature, then you can email us at [email protected]

I would like to change my Guided Tour booking.

We are generally unable to make changes to bookings, so it is best to cancel your booking and make a new booking. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us at [email protected].

I would like to cancel my Guided Tour booking.

You can cancel a booking by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are covered by our terms and conditions.

What happens to a Guided Tour if the weather is bad?

Most of our tours will go ahead whatever the weather – lucky we are in dry, sunny Norfolk. In some circumstances, guided tours will need to be cancelled due to the weather. We will aim to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. Generally, we will look to reschedule or move your booking, but if this is not possible, then we will offer a refund.

What is our policy on children and pets?

We have a Guided Tour specifically for children of 11 years old or less called The Big Picture – Families . We only allow children of 12 years old or more on the rest of our Guided Tours. Our Workshops are designed for professionals and are not suitable for children.

Except for assistance dogs, we do not allow pets on our Guided Tours or Workshops in order to preserve the environmental integrity of our project.

What about catering and toilets?

There are no catering facilities on site. There are toilets available to use before or after guided tours at most of the guided tours. More information about the toilets is provided on our access page.
