Most of our tours will go ahead whatever the weather – lucky we are in dry, sunny Norfolk. In some circumstances, guided tours will need to be cancelled due to the weather. We will aim to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. Generally, we will look to reschedule or move your booking, but if this is not possible, then we will offer a refund.
We have a Guided Tour specifically for children of 11 years old or less called The Big Picture – Families . We only allow children of 12 years old or more on the rest of our Guided Tours. Our Workshops are designed for professionals and are not suitable for children.
Except for assistance dogs, we do not allow pets on our Guided Tours or Workshops in order to preserve the environmental integrity of our project.
You can find more information about accessibility on our access page.
There are no catering facilities on site. There are toilets available to use before or after guided tours at most of the guided tours. More information about the toilets is provided on our access page.
