Title: Mount Pleasant New Visitor Utility Building

Description: Wild Ken Hill would like to receive Expressions of Interest from suppliers which provide demolition and construction services on Phase 1 of Wild Ken Hill’s Mount Pleasant Farm development. The overall developmeint involves change of use of land to provide 20 hard-standing touring caravan pitches; change of use of land to create areas for camping and grass caravan and campingpitches; change of use of existing buildings to a reception/retail area; a single new visitor utility building; creation of a parking area (temporary parking/drop off); and new landscaping including an off road-path. Expressions of Interest are being sought for Phase 1, which will cover the demolition of existing structures and the construction of the new visitor’s utility building shell.

Deadline: Expressions of interested to be received by midday (12.00 noon) on the 8th of March 2024 (further details below).

Process: Contractors that express an interested in the above works will be will be issued with a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for completion and return prior to Wild Ken hill review and selection on the tender list. PQQs must be returned by midday on the 8th March 2024. Return of a PQQ does not guarantee tender list selection. After the PQQs have been vetted and a list of successful contractors selected, these contractors will be electronically issued with a detailed tender package for the above works. Tenders must be returned within 6 weeks of being issued at which point all tenders will be assessed simultaneously.
